Terms & Conditions – Maple Leaf English Canadian Coaching

By enrolling in the CELPIP Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Access & Duration

Program access is valid for 1 month from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise stated until payment is renewed

2. Participation Requirements

Weekly group calls are included. Video participation and engagement are expected.

Homework must be completed, and community posting (at least 2x per week) is required.

Sessions will be recorded. If you miss a live class, recordings will be available.

3. One-on-One Coaching (if included in your package)

Personalized feedback sessions will be scheduled in advance.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

5. Results Disclaimer

Maple Leaf English provides guidance, resources, and feedback.

Exam scores are not guaranteed; success depends on student effort, participation, and practice.

6. Conduct & Respect

Respectful behavior toward the instructor and fellow students is required at all times.

Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All learning materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Personal information and class discussions are kept confidential within the Program community.

8. General Provisions

Maple Leaf English reserves the right to update or adjust Program content as needed.
